Flirt and Flutter was established in 2015 by Breanna Fernandez, since the age of 19 she has attended numerous courses worldwide, gaining an extensive knowledge of the industry.

Arch and Angles was established in 2018 when she discovered her passion for semi-permanent make up. She has chosen an avenue of inclusivity where unmatchable skill meets business, where others see and experience true value. Breanna is recognized as whose greatest drive is to educate, inspire others and pursue her desire to be an entrepreneur.
