Policies, Terms and Conditions

Disclaimer:

  • No refills from other lash technicians. Clients with previous lashes on (in distinction to another lash specialist) will be asked to pay an additional $20 for removal, if they wish to book for a full set

Preparation:

  • Please come with no eye make up on and remove your contacts before your appointment

Late Policy:

  • Clients who are 15 minutes late will be asked to reschedule their appointment

Cancellations/No Shows:  

  • Please notify your lash specialist 24hrs in advance if you wish to cancel your appointment

  • Clients who no show, and would like to reschedule are asked to pay a cancellation fee of $25
