Lip tattooing is a semi permanent procedure that improves the shape of the lips giving definition, symmetry and the illusion of fullness. This treatment delivers very natural results once healed. Lasts 1-3 years. 

The best candidates for lip blush:

  • If you wear lipstick everyday

  • If you have fillers

  • If you have uneven lips

  • If you want fuller lips

  • If you have pale lips

Not the ideal candidate if you apply to one of the following:

  • You are under 18

  • You are pregnant or breastfeeding

  • Have been on Accutane within the past year

  • Have HIV or Hepatitis or any other infectious or viral diseases

  • Undergoing Chemotherapy

  • You are Epileptic

  • You are taking medications that may affect how your skin responds to blood clotting and healing.

  • You develop infections easily

  • If your previous tattoo is too dark or thick

  • If your natural lips are too dark

Preparation for your Appointment

Appointment Info:

  • Appointment time : 3 hours

  • Pain level : 3/10 topical numbing will be applied throughout the procedure

  • Healing time: 5-7 days

Pre-Appointment Care:

Absolutely no caffeine, alcohol or blood thinners (ex: coffee, caffeinated tea, pain killers) to prevent excessive bleeding or pain.

  • Exfoliate your lips 24 hours before your appointment

  • Do not exercise the day of your appointment

  • Do not get lip injections 4 weeks before and after this treatment

    Please note: If your appointment is booked during an outbreak of cold sores on your lips, the procedure may not be done. Please be aware that you have the simplex virus herpes, you may awaken an outbreak following this treatment. It is highly recommended to take an anti-viral medication such as Zovirax 5 days before, then the day of. Then 5 days after or as advised by your doctor or pharmacist.

After Care Instructions For Lip Blush:

First day of treatment fluids will leak from the tattoo, you will need to wipe your tattoo every hour with a wet cotton round and pay the area dry. (Colour will come off however this is normal).

  • Apply ointment as instructed

  • Apply only the ointment that was given to you from your artist

  • Avoid touching, scratching and picking on the scabs, let the scabs fall naturally

  • Do not apply any lipstick on your brows until AFTER the scabs have fallen off

  • Do not sleep on your face

  • Do not eat anything spicy or too citrus, be careful when eating to not rub any scabs off and drink from a straw

  • Do not expose your tattoo to UV rays or tanning beds for 4 weeks after the procedure. This can alter the appearance of your tattoo.

Policies, Terms and Conditions

Late Policy:

  • Appointments will be canceled and no refunds will be given if the client is more than 10 minutes late to their appointment

  • Anyone who is late 10 minutes will be considered a no-show and will be subject to our cancellation/no-show policy

  • No exceptions

Cancellations/No Shows:

  • Cancellations less than 48 hours is forfeiting their $50 deposit

  • Any appointment cancelled within one week of appointment date will not be able to transfer the deposit to a later date

Rescheduling:

  • To reschedule and transfer your deposit, please email us 7 days before your appointment

    • Rescheduling may result in a price change depending on the current pricing for that time period

  • To reschedule less than 7 days, a new deposit will need to be made

Touch Ups:

  • Touch up appointments are for existing clients ONLY. If you have previous work by another artist, your first session will be considered a cover up/color correction
